Kindly attend below request:-
Customer called Contact Centre and he said he can’t download for ‘Agrokey’ since his phone model does not support for it.
Customer using Huawei Y6 and when he search the apps at ‘APKPURE’ the icon ‘Agrokey’ will ask to download at Googleplay.
CC had advice to use the hardware token but customer refuse since it’s not convenience to bring along and customer don’t’ have any other mobile phone.
Kindly advice us if any alternative or guide how customer able to install ‘Agrokey Apps’ at his phone.
