Kindly attend below request:-
Customer claimed that when she login RIB with the correct username and password, secure image and secure word displayed differently from what she set. The secure image and word keeps changing.
Customer has changed a new password, clear browser history and retried but still encountered the same issue, for both login via laptop and mobile.
As checked in RIB and CAS DB, only have one(1) user having the username 'junee123'.
