Hi Penril,
Multiple customer reported that they unable to reset their password.

As per our checking, there is several reason why customer unable to reset their password due to :-

Security word exist with no secure image
Security word not exist
Special character in security word.

Those failed to reset their password hit either one of above criteria, hence unable to reset their password.

As a work workaround, for those impacted customer, please delete existing profile and perform a new FTL for customer to have complete secure image, secure word without any special character.

For those special character in security word, noticed that for the old migrated profile which having these special character, RIB will truncated these special character during pass the value to CAS using preloginCustomUpdate api.

Will further check from RIB once confirm from business user.
