We are currently responding to BNM Notification: Delays in Complying with Key Fraud Countermeasure Requirements to Combat Electronic Banking Fraud.

Hence, we seek your feedback on the following items listed below:-

KFHOnline -  to explore cooling off period after activation of KFH MY Secure. This means customer will not be able to authenticate the transaction immediately after activating KFH MySecure.
CMS – Current system allows Maker/Checker to add favourite beneficiary without having the Approver to key in the Secure Pass Pin. Can we explore including secure pass pin for adding Favourite Beneficiary
CMS – Current system allows CC to block User level at Corus. We would like to explore to grant CC access to allow suspending at Account Level. Can we explore further?
