Hi,
Kindly attend below request:-
1. One of the CMS Customer are performing immediate IBG Transaction where there is only one approver.
2. Upon approval from the Approver, there should be no more transaction pending and the transaction should be included in the next Window.
3. Unfortunately, the status of the transaction is still Pending Approval and no amount was debited from Customer's account.
Question:
1. How do I check if the transaction is actually went through?
2. Can I reverse this transaction?
