Description
Step to reproduce
1. login to cfo with 1st time user id
2. enter token serial no and 1st time otp
3. Fill old with wrong password
expected:
System should lock user id when exceed maximum number of login attempts
Actual:
system do not lock user id when exceed maximum number of login attempt.
Boby: RCAS will lock the user when they key in wrong password or wrong OTP during login process. During change password will not.
