Pending Approval/Approved/Withdraw > Paid/Unpaid/Free of Charge
Rejected > Paid/Unpaid/Free of Charge/Refunded
+Specification for the PO to proceed in processing the company's application:-+
Approve > To approve the registration (Only available if Status = Pending Approval/Rejected & Payment Status = Paid or Free of Charge)
Reject > To reject the registration (Only available if Status = Pending Approval/Approved & Payment Status = Paid, Unpaid Paid or Free of Charge)
Withdraw > To withdraw the registration (Not available if Status = Rejected)
If the Status is Rejected and Payment Status is Refunded, PO need to change the Payment Status to Paid before able to Approved it.
