2. Sort Country in alphabetical order (PLEASE APPLY TO ALL RELATED FIELD)

Change MATRADE Company to MATRADE Member
4. +Nature of Business+
# Change True/False to Yes/No
# Change 'Is Main Nature of this Business' to 'Main Nature of Business' (Table Header)
# Change 'Is Main Nature of this Business' to 'Please tick [ ] if this is your main nature of Business' (Pop Up, when choosing business nature)*
5. +Company Details+
Validate Phone Number 1, Phone Number 2, Fax Number 1, Fax Number 2
6. +Contact Person+
Validate Phone No., Fax No and Mobile No and not allow to enter any character except numeric.
7. Product & Service to mandatory either one only.
8. If Matrade No is empty, form display "Null" value after submitted the form.
