To test on Login functionality.

# User enters registered RPP Username and Password. Password is masked. Username and Password must not be allowed to be saved under the browser settings.
# System checks if password is about to expire or first time login of a new user
# Upon successful Logon, if there is a notification, announcement or alert, it will be display to User
