Change: To remove field based requirement state

Path: Login > IBAM Home > BBE > Admin User Manager > Admin User Manager - Create

+Step to reproduce:+
1. Click on “Admin User Manager” at the left navigation menu.
2. Click on the "Create" button.

+Current Result:+
System currently have field:
- User Name
- Name
- Email
- Office No.
- Mobile No.
- State*
- Group
- Role
- User Access
-
Password
- Confirm Password

+Expected Result:+
Based on requirement state, system should only display below field: [refer FSD: BSN_BRFD-IBAM(BBE)001 - Admin Group Manager & Admin User Manager (ver.01)]
- User Name
- Name
- Email
- Office No.
- Mobile No.
- Group
- Role
- User Access

Please assist to remove:
- State
- Password (Password are auto generated and send via email)
- Confirm Password
