-Change: Change: Remove error message- message

Step to Reproduce:
1. Go to Login > CBE > Organization Setup > Security Token Management > Edit View
2. Select another user under "Assigned to".
3. Click "Next" then click "Back".
Enter special characters at the Postcode field.

Current Result:
Displays the previous page together with an error message
(No Approver available for security token assignment.)

Expected Result:
System only displays the previous page without the error message.
