*1. Can perform "Re-send Password" for user with status LOCKED*
Current Result: View details for user status:LOCKED > System display "Re-send Password" button
Expected Result: View details for user status:LOCKED > Should not display "Re-send Password" button
*2. Result message at Re-send Password*
Current Result: Display message "Details has been send"
Expected Result: To display message "Temporary Password has been send"
3. Remove "Block" button for user with status LOCKED
Current Result: System display button "BLOCK" for user with status LOCKED
Expected Result: System should not display button "BLOCK" for user with status LOCKED
