1. To validate the page to enable at least one account for company that have an account.
2. To turn off the validation for company without account
Bugs:
1. Unable to enable Account No. After click on Save button system return error 500. BUT after try it again system throw Organization account is pending for approval. Check at Authorization module there is NO such pending item for account management.
