Change Activity Name : Unlock CDB User to Activate CDB User
+2. Audit Trail Details+
* After State & Before State not display all details. System display Username only.
* Created by value not display
*Approved Status*

* ID Number display null. Replace null to NIL
* Change User Alias to User Name
* Change User Name to Full Name
* To add fax number
* Role display Approver all instead of exact role (initiator)
* Remove Company ID
* To add Accessible Acc
* To add Allow Services
