Bug: System display the added CIS value at new row
Path: Organization Setup > CIS Linking > Add
Step to reproduce:
1. Click Add button, and enter the CIS number.
2. Click Next
3. At Confirm page, click on Back button
Current Result:
1. System display the added CIS value at new row before confirm the added
2. System auto add new row
Expected Result:
1. System should not display the added CIS before confirm the added
2. System should not auto add new row
