Bug: Add "Favourite Maintenance" as the title for payment page

User ID: penrilinit2
User Role: CDB Initiator IBAM Maker

Step to Reproduce:
1. Go to CDB Login > Payment & Transfer > Favorite Maintenance > Payment

Current Result:
System is not displaying "Favourite Maintenance" as the title for payment.

Expected Result:
System should display "Favourite Maintenance" as the title for payment.
