+Bug 1: To only display LHDN services if user select Bulk Payment/Auto Debit services+

Current Result:
System display LHDN services even when user does not tick on Bulk Payment/Auto Debit services.
Expected Result:
To only display LHDN and EPF services if user tick on Bulk Payment/Auto Debit services.
