* Add Single User fields information to display. (Detail, Delete Function)
* For Add and Edit Function
> - Move the Company type (Workflow – Non-Workflow) field to 1st screen
> - Hide CA Information input when Non-workflow is selected.
> - Add Single User Information input when Non-workflow is selected.
> - Add validation checking for existing Single User username from reserved username and current username.
> - Add the single user username to BIB Application form table to make sure the username is reserve.
> - Allow the single user username reserve from BIB Application form table reused when application is rejected
