Description
Scenario:-
1: CDB>Login - Locked
User IB Account has been locked.
2: CDB>User Maintenance
CA unlocked user. System generate temporary password
3: CDB>Login
User did not "Refresh" the page after he/she has been locked. User able to login with the temporary password received and system go to CDB landing page.
Expected Result: System shall force User to change the password.

Fixed by Chee Ping.
Scenario on CBD:- CU locked and do not leave password page.
- CA unlock CU.
- CU from the same page, enter temporary password
Expected Result: System shall force CU to change the password.
