Description
Scenario:
1: IBAM>BBE>User Group Manager
Access Matrix - BBE Admin un-tick access to BBE Pending for UKB Maker Group.
2: IBAM>Authorization>Pending - CBE Pending
UKB Maker view BBE Transaction List under CBE Pending screen.
Expected Result: System shall display only CBE Transaction pending list.

Please test:
- IBAM > BBE > User Group Manager > Select group > Under access Authorization(Pending and Authorization), select CBE only
- IBAM > BBE > Admin User Manager > Select user > Set group as above
- Login as selected user as above
- IBAM > Authorization > Pending/Authorization
Expected result:
Pending/Authorization page should direct to CBE and show CBE pending list

Another issue arised.
Login as UKB checker
path : Authirization > approval
Remarks field should be mandatory if UKB Checker reject the request.
Current : The request can be passed even without remarks.
Expected : Remarks field should be mandatory if UKB Checker reject the request.
