Kindly attend below request:
ON 28/6/2019, EPAY HIGHLIGHTED THAT THERE IS 1 EXTRA TRANSACTION CAPTURED AMOUNTING RM0.10 TO ASTRO.
EPAY'S ACCOUNT AND ETHIX CORE WERE DEBITED AND CREDITED CORRECTLY HOWEVER NO RECORD IN EPAY RECON FILE REPORT VIA BVMC.
REFERRING TO CONVERSATION WITH THE USER, SHE SUSPECTED THAT THIS ISSUE ALWAYS OCCURED IF THE CUSTOMER NAME HAS SPECIAL CHARACTER SUCH AS APOSTROPHE OR ALIAS AND ETC. (THIS ISSUE HAPPENED TO CUSTOMER NAMED: A'BIDAH FAQIH BT HARON)
PLEASE HELP TO CHECK ON THIS MATTERS. THANK YOU.

The intermittent issue can be due to too many applications being deployed to the 32-bit JVM.
The suggested solution is to reduce the deployed application,
1) merge the FPX to RIB
2) un-deploy KFHMB, if not yet un-deploy
3) un-install the APM-Insight
Issue closed in SCP.
