Hi,
Kindly attend below request.
Can individual id (system admin, etc) can be used to restart IB services bv, ibgcore service, report generation etc.
Currently BV services and IBG services are using bvadmin and jbadmin respectively.
Kindly revert as we need to communicate with ITG team.

Advised not to use individual id to start / restart services as there is a possibility of not able to access / startup the service due to permission issues.
Tested in STG environment by Shikin (KFH IT), Email at Wed, Jul 24, 9:50 AM
We have simulated in staging but not able to restart service using individual ID.
