Hi,
Kindly attend below request:

Trade Operation CMS account performed RENTAS transaction date 18/07/2019 (after Ingateway cut off time) amount RM 287,703.10 to CIMB bank. the transaction is not captured / reflect in INGATEWAY system in the following day (19/07/2019).

We already ask InGateway vendor to check and they did not found the related transaction in InGateway database, also there is no error found from the application logs.

The transaction is already posted manually, however we need to know the root cause of this incident. We had included the transaction screenshot in the attachment for your perusal.

Please assist to check.

Please check on rentas log at bulkpayment log folder. Please provide log file if rentas log file is generated. If not, our suggestion is restart cronjob for bulkpayment engine.

Please also check all rentas file generate on affected date by tracking via email.

Based of transaction data. Transaction should has been pickup by INGATEWAY system but indicator for rentas not updated and the status is updated to successful. Need to check with INGATEWAY, why indicator is not updated?
