Kindly attend below request:
Prior UIUX,MSL and error code mapping impelmentation, Penril has raised the concern on possible system bug whereby if KFHOnline customer login from other country (previously login from Malaysia), system will accept the security answer without validation.
However, one of our customers has login KFHOnline from other country on 20th but there is no security question prompted.
Kindly investigate and revert.
