Need your on site support on Friday, 30th August 2019 since we are having "bad cert" issues when performing bill payment and prepaid top up.
We have talked to Epay and agreed to repeat the process of the key generation and key exchange tomorrow - Friday, 29/08/2019.

issue happened after swing to DR and revert back to PROD at 27/08/2019
when testing at DR side also faced bad_cert issue - esb pointing to PROD, webservice in DR
received confirmation from ePay at 30/08/2019 3:43PM - TLSv1.0 was not blocked / disabled.
