We would like to re-initiate EPF testing for CMS. User has performed the testing but encountered error as per attached.
Kindly revisit the code and advise the next step.

We have assist KFH IT on re-initiate EPF testing.
Action:
1. Provide the flow of EPF transaction, first time upload
03/09/2019
2. Confirmation to clear data from below 5 tables to simulate new EPF transaction (first time upload)The error is indicate new EPF no still not approved by EPF. To approve, EPF sent TR file then process by Bulkpayment engine to update new EPF no status.
