Description
Transaction Bill Payment & Prepaid Failed with msg E9999.
- 11/07/11 - Astro payment at 6.30pm
- 12/07/11 - Celcom Postpaid at 8.09am
- Maxis Hotlink 10 at 10.20am
Have spoken to ePay, that they havent received any transaction from KFH.

It is a connection Issue to ws2.oriongateway.com port: 33831
From ALSBServer.log finding error of:

Now the issue resolved.
KFH had ask ePay what happened at their side, but ePay said connection there everything's fine since other bank can connect through it.
Even in the KFH side the connection after telnet look's fine. They've give the screen shot on the telnet results.
