Kindly attend below request:
Kindly assist to check on the following transaction as the customer received an email below stating that the FPX transaction was ‘unsuccessful’.
However, the online transaction history shows that the transaction was ‘successful’ and the amount has been deducted from the account.

As per the detail below, the data has not been recorded. Transaction 2: FPX Transaction ID: 191001142402019 Date & Time: 01-Oct-2019 02:22:32 PM Kindly check in the FPX engine when the transaction is initiated by using the id given as this transaction is unsuccessful.
