The root cause for the fraud threshold issue is because of the Open DuitNow and Registered DuitNow has not been handled together in the source code. 

Therefore, the condition for Open DuitNow and Registered DuitNow has been added in source code to be combined. 

The patch, migration plan and Test Result can find in below path:
