Root Cause:
This issue happened because the SMS message length is more than 160 characters. That why you will getting -2 error code. The SMS message is longer than 160 because the highlighted transaction name getting from the wrong field of service info.
AGRONet:05 Oct 2019 22:24:02,TAC requested for Favourite Instant Transfer to/for XXX XXXXXXX XXXXXX. RM8,500.00, TAC:XXXXXX, Call 1 300 88 2476 for inquiries.TQ.
Solution:
Update the SMS message in RIB to retrieve the correct field from service info.
