User reports no email notification for "BIB SI Execution Process" at 12:00.
Upon checking Schedule Execution Log in CORUS, BIB SI Processing was not in the list.

We as KFH to restart the server. And after restart server, user said no more issue on the SI for both CIB and BIB.
