User ID : azuranar (Verifier+Initiator)
A/C No : 002140001083
Amount : RM3532.35, RM8000, RM5000, RM5000 (4 Transaction)
Channel : IBG
User ID : fannytan26 (Verifier+Initiator)
A/C No : 011141000632
Amount : RM1000.00
Channel : IBG
All the above customers called to inform that transaction which has been initiated today was not reflected in approver screen.
Appreciate your assistance to look into it and revert the root cause accordingly.

Possibility that there is some error when inserting record to table and is not logged into the log files. Since the amount is not debited from customer, suggest that customer re-initiate the transactions.

Suspected Root Cause: Error when inserting record to table and is not logged into the log files.
Workaround: To reinitiate the transaction
