Kindly attend below request:
Subject : Login BIB - connection reset
1. Details action
Initiator login to initiate bulk payment. During last transaction page of the bulk , suddenly BIB displays error connection was reset.
Initiator successful for login 2nd time to check status of the bulk. However when click bulk payment module, BIB displays error connection was reset.
For 3rd time login , Initiator unable login and BIB displays error connection was reset.
Initiator use another PC also unable login and BIB displays error connection was reset.
Approver also unable login and BIB displays error connection was reset

Able to access login and do transaction though direct IP .
Issue only happen when access using domain name.
Waiting for ilah to revert regarding load balancer from network team.
