Hi,
Kindly attend below request:
Customer unable to proceed with FTL for single user as error inavlid username and password.
Cannot reset password in user maintenance, got error “You have been logged out, System is currently unavailable”.
Cannot delete user, got error “You have been logged out, System is currently unavailable”.
Already clear history,cookies,cache.
Change browser from goggle chrome to firefox.
Restart PC.
Same problem occurred.
Request to check on this matter.

Need confirmation with SM what the response for unbind when the token not yet bind with user.
As we replicate in SIT, SM return 55 for unbind user not linked. where production they return 12.

Issue caused by duplication of username at TB_AM_USER. RIB user for mohazim created 2013-01-22 where BIB user for mohazim created at 2019-12-13.
For this user, we recommended for BIB user to create a new user and delete the bib user for mohazim.
For permanent fixes, we have make patches for checking username to ensure there will be no duplication for user alias

Kindly tested on create new user for RIB, BIB user at IBAM and BIB user at BIB by using Corp Admin.
