Beans reponse:
It seems front end did not send a value for the field "Identification Type" and hence hit error. We compared other transactions which had successful response from Paynet and found that the request had filled in value for field "Identification Type".

Finding:
1. The issue because the beneficiary id type stored for used in SI was incorrect.
2. Another issue we found the beneficiary id type option was different with the Paynet provided beneficiary id type

Solution:
1. Store the correct beneficiary id type
2. Change the beneficiary id type option to follow with the Paynet provided beneficiary id type
