Kindly attend below request.
Customer claimed he unable to complete the FTL process after he choose the security image and key in the phrase of the image , the system will prompt the error msg " You have left the browser idle for more than 5 minutes. Please login again" .
Checked in IBAM, customer unable to successfully complete the FTL process to login Agronet after few attempts and assisted by the branch officer as well. Customer had troubleshoot by clear the cache all the browsers but still happen.
Kindly please assist and advice.

When we using this user data to be injected in database, we still unable to replicate the issue. Our suggestion can you ask customer to re register again. you need to update the CIF inside using query to user will able to register again. If after this user still unable to register, you may need to check HOST for this user CIF.
