Description
Bug: System display "System Unavailable" when Checker approve on changes at Company Details.
Role: IBAM Checker
Path: IBAM>BIB>Authorization>Approval>BIB Authorization
Step to Reproduce:
1. Login as checker and approve on changes made by Maker on field:
- Module Type
- Single User/Multiple User
- Allow Viewer
Current Result:
Refer attached file.

Cause:
Broken data on user 'aaziapp'
User didt exist on TB_AM_USER
Solution:
Try on different company to make sure this didt happen
