Hi,
Kindly attend below request.

Customer unable to login due to secure pass no. has been blocked.

But after he tried to reset the secure pass no, a notification prompted that “the Secure Pass Status is active,” but he still unable to access the CMS Account.

Since no data selected at table TB_AM_VASVO. That mean secure pass not fully assign

Please deactivate and deregister secure pass at kfh_corus. Then assign secure pass serial no and active
