Based on the log, the system not able to update the status at table BIBLHDNRecord. 

Finding:
The size for upload status at the table BIB_LHDN_RECORD is 20, but the size of status that needs to update is 27(Validated(Pending Approval)). 

Solution:
We advise to extends the size of upload status from 20 to 30.
