From the log issue is caused by SMS batch jon unable to send SMS.
Below is a snapshot from the log, It complain that target SQL server should be SQL server 2000 or later.
As confirm by Zaireen, SMS upgrade their database version from MS SQL 2005 to MS SQL 2016.
Solution: need to update sqljdbc.jar under lib folder to accommodate newer version of SQL Server
