Kindly attend below request:
1 IBG transaction to KFH credit card on 1 April 2020 has been rejected with error code CE : R04 - Unable to locate profile. We have checked in Powercard, the status of card is active

If Similar issue happen. Please execute retry crediting for credit error transaction and manual crediting for new/unexecute transaction. If anything we can help please inform us.
**Note
1.Manual crediting = Credit transaction with status new ('N')
2.Retry crediting = Retry credit transaction with status credit error ('CE')
