Hi,
Kindly attend below request:

Please help to check on issue below.
Customer forgot his id/password and already tried to login more than 3 times and his account got locked
Customer called contact center and managed to unlock his account.
However, customer still cannot login to his account.

From our investigation, we found this message during customer login :
'Old mobile phone number is matched with the mobile phone number registered previously.'

Customer details as below:

User ID :7409
RIM No : 8951
