Kindly attend below request:
Please help to check RCAS PIN Mailer got error code 16 from HSM. We already restart the HSM but the result still same and got error code 16.

Dear Andry, Please be reminded to always use the same email subject based on the support ticket opened in Penril Customer Support Portal. Based on below error log: [#|2020-05-11T11:41:59.369+0700|INFO|glassfish3.1.1|javax.enterprise.system.std.com.sun.enterprise.server.logging|_ThreadID=79;_ThreadName=Thread-2;|[11/05/2020] [11:41:59:369] [INFO] [MsgUtils]:841 - parsed response - class net.penril.rcas.hsm.pin_print.messages.PinPrint1stResponse: {RESPONSE_CODE=UN, ERROR_CODE=16} Root Cause: Error Code 16 is thrown by HSM itself. Based on attached Thales HSM documentation, error code 16 is "Printer not ready" Solution: Try restarting the printer and check connectivity of the printer. If there is no issue on the printer, check with Thales HSM vendor about error code 16 handling. Information from Thales as attached: 00 : No error 14 : Invalid PIN encrypted under LMK 16 : Printer not ready 17 : HSM not in authorised state 18 : Document definition not loaded
