Hi,
Kindly attend below request:-
We have issue on IBG server - memory out during RFI window 4 today and half of the transaction in window 4 still have status N.
After IBG services restarted, we let the system to execute RFI window 5 first before proceed with manual crediting.
After WIndow 5 executed, we found out, all N transactions in Window 4 have been processed together with transactions in Window 5. In ibg_entry table, the transaction inserted as Window 5

Normal IBG crediting will get all transaction with status new(N). So IBG crediting window 5 get all transaction including transaction window 4 with status new. If similar issue happen. Please execute manual crediting for new(N) transaction and retry crediting for credit error (CE) before next windows and in affected windows pickup file.
