Date mail marshall sent out email to customer: 14/05/2020 9:39:55 AM
Second email released by BSN marshall: 15/05/2020 1:25 PM
UKB confirmed that cust (jstyledesign@yahoo.com) didn't receive email at 1.36 PM even after second email released

Issue not caused by CDB. Issue still under investigation at Email Marshall and Network Exchange teams.
