Hi Hafiz,
Kindly attend below request.

Please help to check on the issue user unable to download CSV file for Jompay report.
After click on the download button, system directly logout user from the system.

Please find the related logs from below dir:

Finding

1) Class file corrupted

Please get new patches at below path:-

Dear Penril Support team,
We already deployed this fix inside our Production environment.
User had confirmed that the package is working, they managed to download the Jompay report.
