Description
Step to reproduce
1. Login as Bank Maker (fiza93@gmail.com / Adm1nm@ker)
2. At Pending Application page, approve, or return or reject the application.
3. Login as Bank Checker (hafizah.nasihah@gmail.com / @dm1nChecker)
4. Approve or reject Application.
5. Check the application on Authorization Log list.
6. Check the application on Participant Audit Trail.
Actual Result:
No 5 & 6, application not display on both list
Expected Result:
Must display in both list (5 & 6)

I have tested using Participant User Maker credential but is it Participant unable to view their audit trail?
