Step to reproduce
- Select Transaction History with Accepted status.
- Click Add to Refund button.

Please refer below for the root cause and resolution, please test again after deployment done today.
Root Cause:
- BigDecimal Divide throw exception when divided for amount with decimal.
Resolution:
- Round up for the divided amount to 2 decimal.
