Bug: System does not display Correct field at Edit Participant Approval Details page

Current Result
Edit Participant Approval Details page does not display below value:
- Redirect URL
- Mobile App ID Android
- Mobile App ID iOS
Expected Result:
To add below value:
- Redirect URL
- Mobile App ID Android
- Mobile App ID iOS
