Hi,
Kindly attend below request:

List of errors;
1. Service unavailable [1350] during user creation by CA. user is created but there's no email for temporary password.
2. Invalid password error even on the first try of FTL attempt after receiving temporary pin. User status become locked after the error.
3. Users activities not save to DB.

Issue:
Reported company encounter error when CA creating new Single User and FTL.

Finding:
For unknown reason, CDB cannot record the CA BibUserActivity. Database shows error Data Exception.
Possible reason is the data is exceeding database table column length.

Solution:
Add try catch and data validation for BibUserActivity. This will ensure data is valid before saving to database.

Test scenario:

Via CDB, access using CA account for Single User company.
Create a new user. Ensure steps is completed and email with temporary password is received.
As the new user, complete the First Time Login.
As the new user, perform Login.
Expected result, user creation, email and login have no errors.
